El grupo de investigación GRUPOS DE PODER EN LA BAJA ANDALUCÍA MODERNA tiene su sede en la Universidad de Cádiz.

En la actualidad la actividad del Grupo comprende las siguientes áreas:

  • Asesoramiento científico histórico, en general, sobre el periodo cronológico 1492-1812.
  • Diseño de contenidos para exposiciones, congresos y actividades formativas y divulgativas sobre las relaciones de la provincia de Cádiz con Europa, América y África (siglos XV-XIX).
  • Asesoramiento a los archivos públicos y privados para la catalogación de documentación histórica.
  • Informes para prospecciones arqueológicas, planes urbanísticos y rehabilitación de edificios.
  • Asesoramiento para la edición de material bibliográfico y audiovisual de contenido histórico.
  • Asesoramiento a productoras cinematográficas para películas de carácter histórico.
  • Informes a empresas y particulares sobre antecedentes genealógicos.
  • Asesoramiento para la realización de réplicas y reproducciones de materiales históricos.
